The Painted Porch's 1st Craft Class!

Okay, so we have had many requests wondering if we will be holding any craft classes. So, here you go--

             Autumn Letters - $25

             Thursday October 4 @ 7pm

I have only 8 spaces available. Papers and embellishments will vary slightly from picture. the "t" is approx. 5 1/4 tall and the width of the entire letters set up is about 21"

Please check your calendar before signing up here for the class. If for some reason you signed up and then find out you can't make it, please be considerate of myself and others and let me know so that I can let the next in line know they "are in!" And yes, that means that I will have a waiting list "just-in-case".

I supply everything! All you need to do is get your cute self here and have an enjoyable evening with other gals "getting your craft on!"

We had such a great time with the Boutique this past Thursday & Friday but still have TONS of treasures left and need to make room for all the new!  Sooooooo......Trevlyn and I decided to do a last minute hold a special evening TONIGHT (15th) from 6-8pm and everything will be ON SALE 20% OFF!!!  What a great way to get DATE NIGHT started dontcha' think?

What a FABULOUS first night we had!  Great turnout and plenty of visiting, laughs and meeting new people!  LOVE IT!!

Distressed Corner Cupboard--LOTS of STORAGE!

Have a drab corner in your home? Need more storage? Than this UH-MAZING piece is just what you need!

This solid wood piece (that means HEAVY) was originally painted and crackled and looked AWFUL! But I knew the moment I laid eyes on her how beautiful she could be! And she is BEAUTIFUL!

She has been painted a beautiful teal blue color, distressed and shabbied to perfection giving her a wonderful warmth that you will love! I love the bits of red poking through in places! She received a coat of polyurethane to protect her for years to come! I replaced the handles with ones I removed from an antique dresser--the ones that were on her just didn't do her justice!

This is a top quality piece! It even has floor levers on it!

No matter your decor, she would look at home with shabby chic, country cottage, boho, industrial and of course, Beach!

Beautiful Ebony Black Bench

I LOVE repurposing pieces and this bench is the result of that love! What started out as three chairs that had "seen better days", became this absolutely beautiful bench!

After disassembling the chairs and putting them back together to make a bench, I painted it with a beautiful black chalk paint (there are different shades of black, you know!)--and so I selected one of the BEAUTIFUL shades for this bench! The pics make it look light, but it is Ebony Black! Very black!

After distressing it I coated it with an indoor/outdoor polyurethane (did you notice the beautiful reflection on the seat in the pics!) but I would still keep it under a covered porch or gazebo so it will last for years to come!
